Everyone, though only Crew can contribute recommendations (that’s what makes it WhatCrewDo®).

WhatCrewDo® is a bespoke travel directory, which, by definition, showcases fabulous things to do and places to visit, that are recommended by professional crew members. This is what makes the site original and the recommendations of the highest quality. Non-crew members are welcome to browse the website and app to view and share in the fabulous travel experiences of crew members.

Please contact WhatCrewDo® admin and we will add the destination, so that you can make your recommendation.

The ‘ranking’ of a particular recommendation is decided simply by the number of crew members who have, separately, recommended that same place/Activity. When viewing an Activity, the most recommended activities will feature first then the most recent.

We are sorry that you do not agree. Everyone is entitled to their opinion however we feel strongly that WhatCrewDo® should not become a discussion forum. We do not wish to encourage negative comments. Using a fictitious example, say you do not agree that “Sammy’s Pizza Place” is a fabulous eatery in San Francisco – please do post your own recommendation of a more fabulous place!

If you are Crew and you agree with a recommendation please do post your own quick comment / recommendation about it, which will contribute to it’s ‘ranking.’

If the name of your recommendation fails to immediately locate itself, please then give as much information as possible ie the recommendations name, address and location, etc. This will enable you to make your recommendation.

Yes you can. At WhatCrewDo® our philosophy is ‘once a Crew Member, always a Crew Member.’

Contact WhatCrewDo® admin and the WhatCrewDo® team will investigate.

We delay posting recommendations to ensure that the posting satisfies all WhatCrewDo® policies. Which includes a delay for safety and security.

If you select ‘I’m in Town’ you will be visible on ‘Who’s around me’ to your WhatCrewDo® Contacts that have also selected ‘I’m in Town’ and are in your vicinity within 20 miles.

This feature enables you to let your WhatCrewDo® Contacts know that you will be ‘In Town’ at a certain point in the future. You will be alerted if any of your WhatCrewDo® Contacts have said they are also there over that same period. With this feature you have the option to indicate what ‘Activity’ you might want to enjoy when you are ‘in Town’, ie Golf, Skiing, etc.

By selecting this feature you will be able to see who of your WhatCrewDo® Contacts are in your vicinity provided both you and your WhatCrewDo® Contact(s) have selected ‘I’m in Town’ and you are within 20 miles of each other.

 No. Only those who are in your WhatCrewDo® Contacts and only if you have selected ‘I’m in Town’ and they are in your vicinity within 20 miles and have also selected ‘I’m in Town’ too.

Further any live recommendations you make, at any location, will not be posted on WhatCrewDo® for a minimum of 6 hours.

Select ‘My recommendations made’ on the side bar then ‘Swipe Left’ next to the recommendation you wish to edit.

You can unsubscribe from WhatCrewDo® through ‘My Profile’ on the Sidebar. As a Voyager if you unsubscribe, your personal data will be deleted from the WhatCrewDo® database. As Crew, you can choose to either unsubscribe and leave your WhatCrewDo® recomendations, your personal data will be retained on the WhatCrewDo® database, or unsubscribe and delete all your WhatCrewDo® recommendations, your  personal data will be deleted from the WhatCrewDo® database.

If you wish to rejoin WhatCrewDo® you can ‘Sign Up’ again.
