Hotel Discount Codes for Airline/Travel Industry Employees

Many hotel chains have promotional codes which can be used by airline employees to receive often excellent discounts on best available rates. Check out these codes and booking is simple, all that is needed upon check in is your airline or travel agency ID. Some hotel chains offer discounts but only via telephone bookings and these will be indicated.

Marriott Hotels & Resorts

www.marriott.com
Corporate/Promotional Rate: TVL

The availability of travel industry rates is excellent with Marriott, however the more expensive properties tend to offer less of a discount in comparison to the mid-range offerings. Reservations can be cancelled up to check-in day.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts

Promotion/Offer code: AL

Hilton have recently updated the travel agent offer site and I find this doesn't work as well as going directly to the main www.hilton.com page and under special rate codes use the AL code as noted above. If you can't find availability at a travel industry rate, it is worth checking closer to the time for freed up capacity at these rates. Rates can also be cancelled before the check in date without penalty which is fantastic for standby travel.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts

including LeMeridien, Westin, Sheraton and W Hotels and more...

The above link takes you to the landing page for the search and no special code is required when booking through the link.

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts

Special Offer code: TIRT

In cities with Hyatt properties, this can provide a great discount over rack rates. Reservations can also be cancelled up to check-in date which provides a great amount of flexibility.

Yotel Gatwick and Heathrow

Phone - +44 207 100 1100
Email - customer@yotel.com

By contacting the reservations team directly, both locations offer 12 hour stays for £40 for airline employees, which is a great discount over standard rates. Note that the rates are only applicable for overnight stays and day rates are not available. Book in advance to ensure availability.

  4. If you cannot notice availabilities at a travel trade rate, it's price checking nearer to the time for airline freed up capability at these rates.

  7. I am trying to book Hilton on the travel agent discount but it is asking for travel agent number.i am a flight attendant with Qantas so not sure what to do.

  8. @ Unknown You need a IATA number to book the Hilton, it's for Travel Agents not for travel industry ppl. Hilton is very picky about their bookings, you also need to provide a AAA # if you book the AAA rate.
